Admin | Project Lifecycle Filter, Resource Type & Search

1. The Admin page now defaults to open the Resources & Users tab first. 
2. Project lifecycle filters have been added. The default filters are set to not show Completed and Archived projects.
   
3. The Resources & Users page now has a Search which searches: username, first and last name, and email addresses.
   
4. The Resource/User Type definitions have been updated to show that a Person is someone that will sign in to Playbook, while Other is someone that will not sign in. Other is used to assign tasks to someone that is not a Playbook user, whereas Person is used to assign tasks to someone that is a Playbook user.
