Admin | Training Updates

  1. The Introduction to Playbook Administration course (v3.6) has been updated to include how to manage company holidays. 
  2. Playbook Roles now include their level designation (Level 1, 2, etc.).

  3. Since a user's level of required training is based on their role, select the role that best describes how the user will interact with Playbook. For example, if Joe is a manager but will use Playbook as a Summary Owner, then his role should be designated as a (Level 4) Summary Owner, not as a Manager. The table below provides a description of each role, its responsibilities, and the topics covered.

    • Manage resource loading to ensure timelines are reasonable and resources are not overloaded
