New Project Filters

The project filters have been updated so you can more easily control which projects are displayed and loaded. After all, to keep Playbook performance as fast as possible, you don't want to load a bunch of projects you don't need.

Technical Support Improvements

1. To improve Playbook's quality and performance, a new, enhanced video recording tool has been added to provide Technical Support with better diagnostic information.
2. The recording can be stopped at any time by clicking on the Recording icon.
3. A recording session that has been stopped can be restarted.
