Reports & KPIs | Overview

Reports & KPIs create a framework for understanding the health and status of your projects. Different people at different levels within the organization are focused on various performance measures.

Playbook pulls from one database and displays the data in a format specific to one's interest, so the reports are always up-to-date and accurate.

Reports & KPIs are accessed by clicking the Dashboard tab.in Playbook.

• Reports summarize current and past data.
• KPIs indicate the direction something is going.

There are many out-of-the-box, reports and KPIs which are displayed in the Standard folder.
