Administrators can now manage Playbook Academy enrollments from within the Playbook administration webpage.
- In the Resources & Users tab, edit a resource...
- Scroll down to the Training section...
- A list of Recommended and Available courses are displayed. To enroll the resource in a course, check the box in the Active column.
- The resource's most elevated role determines which courses are listed as Recommended and Available, so be sure each resource's most elevated role is assigned correctly. For example, if the resource's most elevated role is Project Manager, then only Project Manager should be selected.
- The resource will automatically receive the following email.
