- Playbook Roles include a level designation (Level 1, 2, etc.).
- Since a user's level of required training is based on their role, select the role that best describes how the user will interact with Playbook. For example, if Joe is a manager but will use Playbook as a Summary Owner, then his role should be designated as a (Level 4) Summary Owner, not as a Manager. The table below provides a description of each role, its responsibilities, and the topics covered.
